Rules for Philippine Players

01 Introduction

Welcome to GS777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GS777 platform, available at gs777.best, including all associated games, promotions, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on GS777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

GS777 operates as an online gaming platform serving the Philippines market. These Terms are written with the Filipino player in mind — in plain language, without unnecessary legal jargon — so you actually know what you're agreeing to. These Terms apply to all services offered by GS777 including but not limited to sports betting (football, basketball, boxing, esports), card games (Pusoy), fishing games, roulette, and any other products available on the Platform now or in the future.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on GS777 and access any real-money services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. GS777 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law at the time you place bets or access the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address.
• You must not be a current employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of a GS777 employee where participation may create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion period on the GS777 Platform.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one GS777 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to abuse bonuses or for any other reason — will be identified and closed. Any winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact support immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

GS777 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, UMID, driver's licence), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. GS777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. We aim to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of document submission.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GS777 account credentials — your username, password, and any security codes associated with your account. GS777 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password for your GS777 account that you don't use on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered — this adds an important layer of protection.
• Log out of the Platform when using shared or public devices.
• Notify GS777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

GS777 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials. We will cooperate fully with any investigation into account security incidents and may temporarily suspend an account while an investigation is ongoing.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to GS777 must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). GS777 accepts the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits are typically credited to your GS777 account within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• GS777 does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• GS777 reserves the right to request verification of your payment method at any time.

05 Withdrawals

GS777 processes withdrawal requests from verified accounts as promptly as possible. Standard processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya withdrawals: typically within a few hours for verified players; up to 24 hours during peak periods.
• Bank transfer (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet): typically 1–2 business days.
• Card withdrawals: 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details.
• Withdrawals may only be sent to accounts or payment methods registered under the same name as your GS777 account.
• GS777 reserves the right to delay or hold a withdrawal pending additional verification if unusual activity is detected on your account.

If you have deposited using a specific payment method, GS777 may be required to return funds to the same method before processing withdrawals to a different channel. This is in accordance with standard anti-money laundering procedures.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

GS777 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on GS777 carry a wagering requirement (also called a rollover requirement). This means you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The specific requirement is stated on each promotion page.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional period specified for each bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and card games typically contribute at a higher rate than certain table games. Contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• GS777 reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings from accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

Bonus Abuse

GS777 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting solely to meet wagering requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse may have promotions revoked and winnings voided without prior notice.

07 Betting Rules

GS777 provides sports betting, casino games, card games, and other wagering products. By placing a bet on GS777, you agree to the following general betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. GS777 does not accept bet cancellations after a wager has been placed and confirmed through the Platform, except where a manifest technical error has occurred.
• Bets placed on events that have already started (where GS777's pre-match betting is the intended market) may be voided at GS777's discretion.
• GS777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or event. Displayed odds and maximum stakes may change without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being offered, GS777 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to odds fluctuations. The odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Match results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body of each sport. In cases of dispute, GS777's decision is final.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GS777 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, or device.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Pusoy or any multiplayer card game.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.
• Allowing a minor (anyone under 18 years of age) to access or use your GS777 account.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties, or receiving payment from third parties to place bets on their behalf.

GS777 cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will provide information about accounts engaged in prohibited activities when lawfully required to do so.

09 Responsible Gaming

GS777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products on the Platform. We believe gaming should be entertainment — when it stops feeling that way, we want to help.

GS777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time reminders that notify you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your GS777 account for a period of your choosing. During exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Your balance is preserved.
• Account Closure: You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting GS777 support.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the GS777 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of GS777 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the GS777 Platform without express prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

GS777 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, GS777 shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from the inability to access the Platform during a maintenance window or technical outage.
• Loss of data, profits, or business resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any third-party actions, including payment processor delays or failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits GS777's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Account Termination

GS777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or associated with fraudulent behaviour. In the event of termination for cause, GS777 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation.

Players may also voluntarily close their GS777 account at any time by contacting the support team. On voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after satisfactory KYC review, provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.

13 Privacy & Data

GS777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the GS777 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

In summary, GS777 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with payment processors, KYC providers, and law enforcement where legally required.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the GS777 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through GS777's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

GS777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, GS777 will notify registered players via email and through a notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the GS777 Platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
